I typically don't write an abundance of words throughout blog posts, but I think this one calls for a few more than usual. I met Cherish & Darryl back in the fall for their engagement photos and knew even then that their relationship was special. They respected each other, laughed together, and were just excited to begin their life as husband and wife. Just a few weeks before their wedding, Cherish suffered a stroke. Through many prayers, much encouragement, hard work, and a positive attitude, not only did the wedding still commence, but Cherish WALKED down the aisle toward her beloved...and her beloved is absolutely what he is. It's very evident that Darryl adores Cherish. The joy she exudes is contagious, and her grateful spirit was felt the entire day.
Cherish and Darryl, I think I speak for everyone in saying that we're thrilled that we were able to spend the day with you two and witness the faith-filled love that you share!
The weather forecast predicted a storm to happen right around the time of the scheduled ceremony, so we got started a bit early in hopes of avoiding it. Everyone stayed dry, and the rain held off just until the time the reception was about to begin...another miracle for which we were all grateful.
Beautiful details at the reception...
Congratulations, Cherish & Darryl! So happy for you!
